This publication lists more than 250,000 securities held by insurance companies with valuations to be used in those companies' annual statement. It contains listings of government and municipal bonds, plus corporate bonds and stocks. Updated quarterly with year-end addendum. To ensure that this publication is received in a timely manner, it will be shipped via UPS overnight. The cost of shipping is included in the $1,675 price. Purposes and Procedures Manual of the NAIC Securities Valuation Office
This publication is the primary source for insurers to comply with the NAIC's reporting requirements. Contains the NAIC's credit assessment methodologies and valuation policies, and takes precedence over other SVO publications covering a number of categories. This publication is offered only in electronic format by downloading through the InsPub application. The purchaser will also receive periodic e-mail alerts relating to regulatory developments concerning securities. These alerts will be sent directly from the NAIC’s Securities Valuation Office.
