Op Risk Data Collection represents the latest iteration of questions to be asked to solicit information on how firms identify and quantify operational risk. The preference is to be able to gather information to determine  what information could be most beneficial if it is eventually determined that an establishing an operational risk database should be considered. The Subgroup requests that comments be focused on the content of the questions; collection of the information via the RBC reports or via regulator questions based on ORSA review  along with any concerns about either venue; and suggestions on how the information can be coordinated between regulators on a timely basis. Submit comments to Lou Felice and Jane Barr by COB Friday, December 14, 2018.

Health Growth Risk Options includes: a description of the current HRBC growth risk methodology; some observations about the methodology; a description of a possible alternative approach; and options for transition of further review to the HRBC Working Group. The Subgroup members welcomes comments in all of these areas. Submit comments to Lou Felice and Jane Barr by COB Friday, December 14, 2018.
