Customization is available for the Shopper's Guide to Long Term Care Insurance and the Guide to Health Insurance for People with Medicare. Please contact an NAIC Customer Service Representative for information.

Product Licensing and Reprint Availability
We are currently licensing many of our products in PDF version. The license agreement is valid for the calendar year in which it was signed. These are available in view-only, print-only, and view and print versions. Each license agreement is priced on an individual basis depending on intended use. Ordering Options
The NAIC offers more than 100 new products annually for sale that vary in complexity and structure. One product may be an initial offering with periodic updates offered on a subscription basis, while others are one-time studies or offerings sold as a stand-alone product. The following options give you the flexibility to customize how you want to receive and be notified of product offerings.

Subscription: Product used to generate a renewal notice for an upcoming year’s hardcopy publication. The renewal notices are generated based upon adding this product to your order. The renewal notices will continue for this subscription until such time as you request the subscription be stopped. You always will have the right to accept/reject the upcoming renewal notice.

Electronic Subscription: Product used to generate a renewal notice for an upcoming year’s electronic publication. The renewal notices are generated based upon adding this product to your order. The renewal notices will continue for this subscription until such time as you request the subscription be stopped. You always will have the right to accept/reject the upcoming renewal notice.

Combination Hardcopy & Elec: Combination of one or more electronic (PDF) downloadable product(s) and hardcopy physical – paper, CD-ROM, etc. product(s).

Electronic: A single PDF down-loadable product typically for publications older than two-years.

Hardcopy Kit: A package or set of similar hardcopy (paper, CD-ROM) products.

Electronic Kits: A package or set of similar of electronic (PDF) down-loadable products.

Shipping Information
Express Delivery: We can accommodate UPS and Federal Express. A $10 handling charge will be added to the express carrier's rate.

Shipping Costs: All domestic publication orders shipped from the NAIC will be sent UPS unless you request a different method. Shipping costs are determined by the cost of the product as follows:

$0-$5 = no charge	$1000.01-$1500.00 = $43
$5.01-$25 = $5	$1500.01-$2000.00 = $45
$25.01-$100 = $8	$2000.01-$2500.00 = $50
$100.01-$200 = $20	$2500.01-$3000.00 = $55
$200.01-$300 = $25	$3000.01-$3500.00 = $60
$300.01-$400 = $30	$3500.01-$5000.00 = $65
$400.01-$1,000 = $40	$5000.01 and up = $70

Returns
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please return it for a refund or credit within 90 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund or credit, the product must be in new, unopened condition. For all returns please follow these simple steps:

1. Repack the publication in a sturdy shipping container.
2. Complete and enclose the form on the back of the NAIC packing slip.
3. Let us know if you would like to receive a credit, a refund or a replacement product.
4. Use a carrier that provides documented delivery.
