A defender of the first amendment, Yael will address "Post-Truth America," the state of the media and how to navigate it.
Wayne Allen (Insurance Thought Leadership's Innovators Edge and IEx: CIPR, Thursday, May 25, 3:20 p.m.) – Wayne Allen serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Insurance Thought Leadership. As an attorney, he has advised entrepreneurs and investors on entity, transactional design and operational issues for more than 17 years.

David Altmaier (Group Capital Calculation: Financial Regulation, Monday, May 22, 4:10 p.m.) – David Altmaier is Florida's insurance commissioner and leads a 292-member team at the Office of Insurance Regulation (Office) overseeing a complex insurance marketplace for the state.
Lars Anderson (A Dickens of a Dichotomy (Crisis Communications): Communications, Wednesday, May 24, 3:30 p.m.) – Lars Anderson is a longtime communications professional with an extensive background in crisis, strategic, political and international communications. Lars worked directly with Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter to navigate his first 100 days as secretary and advised him on key public affairs issues, including military operations, diplomatic initiatives, and military engagements around the world.
Andrew Beal, Nick Gerhart and Kaihan Krippendorff (Innovation Introduction and Keynotes: CIPR, Tuesday, May 23, 3:30 p.m.) – Andrew Beal is the NAIC chief operating officer and chief legal officer. Nick Gerhart joined FBL Financial Group as chief administrative officer after serving as the Iowa insurance commissioner. Kaihan Krippendorff is a renowned business strategist and best-selling author.

Prior to Carpe Data, Drucker co-founded several companies and served as chief information officer of eCoverage, a startup that became the nation's first online auto insurance company. Dr. Jennifer Golbeck, a computer scientist, is director of the Social Intelligence Lab and an associate professor in the College of Information Studies at the University of Maryland, College Park. She writes for Slate and The Atlantic, and frequently appears on NPR, including as a regular guest host for The Kojo Nnamdi Show.

He is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building great technology companies including being a member of the founding management team of Macromedia - IPO 1993 (acquired by Adobe).
